with Chris Noon. Starts Thursday 4th June, 8.00 – 9.00am. This 5 week course is a progressive exploration of the meditation practice Antar Mouna (literally Inner Silence). In some ways Antar Mouna is the original mindfulness practice.

An online workshop, Saturday 23rd May, 10.00 – 1.00pm, £25.00 / £15.00. Swami Nishchalananda has been a hugely influential figure in the development of Yoga in the UK (and more widely) for decades. We are very pleased to host this workshop with him in Sheffield.
