The meditation practice means that we start the day with clarity and calm. This has a positive influence on the whole of the day.

The very best time to practice Yoga is first thing in the morning. The world is quieter at this time and there are fewer distractions. The mind is more settled.

It is not specifically a beginner class but beginners are welcome and it won’t take long to get into the swing of things if you are new to Yoga.
