Our Yoga Centre
In June 2016 Sheffield Yoga School opened a new Yoga Centre right in the heart of Walkley.
Appropriately the centre is located in what was originally a school (built in 1871), on the corner of South Road and Fir Street.
It was a huge job to renovate the building but also a pleasure to bring one of Sheffield’s beautiful old buildings back to life. The Yoga room is light and airy, with high ceilings and carved beams. The Victorian hearth is still in place and provides a warm welcome in the winter months.
Despite its location in a busy city the centre is quiet and peaceful.
This really is a perfect location for Yoga practice!
Where to find us
The Yoga Centre is on the corner of South Road and Fir Street in Walkley, S6 3TA.
It is an old school building which is now Sheffield Spiritualist Church. We have the left side of the building as you look from South Road.
