Why do Yoga at work?
There can be a lot of pressure at work nowadays, which is fine if we have the tools to manage it. It is when pressure begins to feel unrelenting that people start to struggle.
A Yoga session provides time and space for people to let go the stress and strain of a busy day, to recharge their batteries and to relax!
Yoga creates a balance of energy and calm in the body, and clarity in the mind. When we find this balance everything we do, including work, is easier and more productive.
Our Yoga sessions are friendly and down to earth; we cater for everyone. Sharing a Yoga practice at work brings people together in an easy and positive environment.

Create a Package
If you are interested in bringing Yoga into your work place we are happy to talk to you and make sure we provide exactly what you need.
If you want a regular session we generally recommend a one hour class, weekly or fortnightly.
We run day, or half day training sessions if you prefer.
Sheffield Yoga School offers a full range of Yoga techniques including posture work, breathing practices, relaxation and meditation / mindfulness.
If you have a particular focus in mind we are happy to work with you to create a programme which is right for you and your colleagues.
