Living without fear through Yoga & Meditation
An online workshop with Swami Nishchalananda

£25.00 / £15.00
We are very pleased to announce that our first online workshop will be with Swami Nishchalananda.
Swami Nishchalananda is the Founder and Director of the Mandala Yoga Ashram in Wales. He has been a hugely influential figure in the development of Yoga in the UK (and more widely) for decades.
He is the author of a number of books on Yoga from the Bihar School of Yoga which are now considered classics. These include Asana Pranayama Mudra Bandha (the first edition), Meditations from the Tantras and A Systematic Course in the Ancient Tantric Techniques of Kriya Yoga.
Over the years, many people have been touched by his inspiring yet practical, down to earth teachings.

Swami Nishchalananda rarely teaches outside the ashram nowadays; this online workshop is a great opportunity to learn from and practice with a truly exceptional Yoga teacher and scholar.

- Prepare a space for doing yoga. Make sure you aren’t disturbed by people, pets or phones during the class.
- You will need a yoga mat, a blanket for the deep relaxation and maybe a cushion for the meditation.
- During the meditation and relaxation, it is best if you practise in a semi-dark room.
- For meditation, be comfortable! You may sit on the floor with cushions etc, or on a chair.
