Philip Xerri is one of the leading authorities on Pranayama in the UK. He has been teaching Yoga & Pranayama for over 30 years and over that time he has established a coherent system of Pranayama practice that is accessible to all.

Yoga is a science of living and Pranayama is one of it’s most important tools.

The focus of this 3 hour workshop is on using pranayama practice to help deal with whatever is going on in life and specifically for dealing with whatever we might be experiencing in the current crisis.

Pranayama helps maintain our health and well being. We can use Pranayama techniques for relaxation, for achieving steadiness of mind, for boosting vitality. Pranayama can be of great benefit at any time of our lives but in these times of challenge and uncertainty it is more useful than ever.
