Pregnancy Yoga Online

Tuesdays 7.30 – 8.30pm

Due to the Corona virus restrictions we are currently running our Pregnancy Yoga classes online.

These classes provide a wide range of movements & exercises, breathing practices and deep relaxation techniques that are an invaluable aid during pregnancy, labour and beyond.

Preparation for labour is an important part of these classes; as part of this we’ll teach you simple, effective breathing techniques for use during labour which relieve anxiety and encourage the release of endorphins (the body’s natural pain killers).

 

We also proivide access to our Yoga for Pregnancy online library which includes recorded classes, relaxation and breathing practices that you can do anytime at home.

 

Classes are £10.00 each, or you can buy a 5 class pass for £40.00.

 

The teacher

Hannah Penn has been teaching Yoga for Pregnancy classes since 2003.

She is qualified through the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) and has completed the BWY ‘Yoga for Pregnancy’ Module, a post-graduate qualification involving specialist training in teaching Yoga to pregnant women.

Hannah is an experienced, professional instructor and has been teaching yoga full time since 1995.
