We are very pleased to continue with our Training for Teachers weekend courses with Peter Blackaby. These courses are open to Yoga teachers and student teachers who know Pete’s work and want to integrate his ideas and approach into their teaching and practice.

Practice, Patience & Progress

The practice of yoga is a long game, we learn to attend to our sensory experiences fathom what they mean and then respond with greater clarity, over time we get to know ourselves better and in that understanding we become more able human beings.

The Teacher : Peter Blackaby

Pete’s humanistic approach to yoga is firmly rooted in the here and now, underpinned by scientific research; his work is focussed on exploring yoga with reference to modern understandings of neurology, psychology and biomechanics.

Rather than approaching yoga as an exercise system, he sees it as a tool for self-exploration.
