Swami Tattvarupananada Saraswati from Trichur, Kerala, India is a master storyteller with a simple, humorous and direct way of teaching, nobody can miss the truth when it is unfolded traditionally. As a spiritual seeker from a young age, Swamiji set off for the Himalayas in search of a master & underwent rigorous spiritual practices in the company of many Himalayan spiritual masters. Swamiji teaches Sanskrit, Bhagavad Gita, Upanishad and other Vedantic text related to Yoga.
Monday 28th May (bank holiday) – whole yoga day from 1000 to 1600
1000 – 1100 Asana class (classical Hatha – spaces limited and booking essential)
1100 – 1200 Talk on “KARMA, FATE AND DESTINY”
1200 – 1245 Lunch (please bring your own lunch)
1245 – 1330 Kirtan (chanting)
1330 – 1530 Talk on “HOW YOGA HELPS TO HANDLE OUR DAY TO DAY LIFE”
Followed by Q&A session
1530 – 1600 Meditation/ Relaxation
Tuesday 29th May
1800 -1845 Asana class (classical Hatha – spaces limited and booking essential)
1900 – 2015 Talk “What is Yoga in reality?” (This talk will include some ideas from Yoga Sutras)
Wednesday 30th May
1000 -1100 Discovery and Living Yoga for young ones
(A few postures and talk by Swami Tattvarupananda aimed at those on half-term)
1300 – 1500 Refresh and motivate: peer session for all yoga teachers (Keeping the essence of yoga in today’s teaching)
1800 -1845 Asana class (classical Hatha – spaces limited and booking essential)
1900 – 2015 Talk “WHAT IS SPIRITUALITY?”
