Yoga Nidra Evenings

An evening to pause, reflect, rest and restore in celebration and honour of the Spring Equinox.

Saturday 21st March, 7 – 8.30pm

Close-up shot of blooming cherry blossoms on a branch, capturing the essence of spring.

The spring equinox provides us with a brief pause and a threshold moment of fleeting balance after the long exhale of the autumn and winter.

Spring equinox is like the magical moment of stillness and suspension at the end of exhalation, a sacred pause where we can gather our resources and set intentions before the inhalation and energy of the spring and summer.

In this evening of calm, quiet, movement, relaxation and reflection we embrace a moment of balance within the wheel of the year as we teeter on the cusp of change.
