We are pleased to confirm the dates for our next Yoga & Meditation course.

The course will run for 7 weeks from 23rd January until 12th March (no class on 20th February).

Each session includes posture work, breathing / pranayama and relaxation but the focus is on meditation.

Meditation has always been at the heart of Yoga; the postures, breathing techniques etc that we do in Yoga prepare us physically and mentally, creating optimum conditions for steadiness, mindfulness and meditation.

These classes are a great start to the day. The combination of Yoga & meditation enables the release of tension in body & mind promoting a calm, clarity and vitality that makes life a better place to be!

This course is open to everyone.
Beginners are welcome, but if you are new to Yoga & Meditation please let us know when you book.

 

Tutor : Chris Noon

Chris has been teaching Yoga and Meditation in Sheffield for nearly 20 years. He is a highly trained teacher having studied extensively with many of the best teachers in the UK and Europe.

He teaches Yoga and Meditation in a way that is accessible and practical for people, so that we can integrate what we learn on the mat into our daily lives.

The venue : Sheffield Yoga School

The course will be held in our Yoga Centre on South Road in Walkley, S6 3TA.

This is a beautiful space, perfect for Yoga and meditation. It is located on South Road, on a major bus route, 10 minutes from the city centre.
