5 Week Meditation Course
with Chris Noon
Starts Thursday 22nd April, 7.30 – 8.30am
£28 / £20
At the heart of this meditation course are the five layers of our being as described by the classical Yoga texts.
These five layers are known as the Pancha Koshas and they shed light on our experience as human beings from the most obvious, physical level (the physical body) to the most subtle (awareness / consciousness itself).
In many ways the concept of the Pancha Koshas explains how Yoga works and why it is such an effective system for health & wellbeing.
The concept of the Koshas is fascinating but it would be little use to us if it was just an idea – the good news is that we can experience the Koshas. In this course we will use Yoga & meditation to quieten body & mind and then delve into the more subtle layers of our being!
There will be some posture work, breathing and relaxation during this course but the focus is on meditation.

Tutor : Chris Noon

Online Meditation
The sessions will be held online via Zoom.
Zoom is very straight forward to use and is a particularly good medium for meditation practice; all you really need is to be able to hear the verbal instructions – you won’t be peering at the screen during the classes!
Everyone attending is ‘muted’ during the classes and you don’t need to be seen on screen by anyone else.
We will send out more information about using Zoom before the course starts.
