Christmas Hand Pan Yoga & Sound Bath

Embrace the serenity of the season with a tranquil evening of gentle restorative yoga, accompanied by the hypnotic sounds of live handpan music. The evening will finish with a deeply nourishing yoga nidra and sound bath with quartz crystal singing bowls, soft chimes, gentle harmonies and other enchanting sounds.
The perfect way to unwind before Christmas, and cultivate a quiet joy and connection during this festive time.
Cost, times & booking
This session runs on Saturday 20th December, 7.00 – 9.00pm as part of our Sounds like Christmas! programme.
Please arrive by 6.50pm so that we can be ready for a prompt start at 7.00pm.
The fee for the session is £24.00.
If you can’t afford the full fee let us know and we can offer a concession.

The venue : Sheffield Yoga School
The workshop is held in Sheffield Yoga School on South Road. This beautiful Yoga centre has excellent acoustics and is perfect for sound work.
There is parking on South Road or on one of the side streets in Walkley. South Road is the main bus route through Walkley.
The Teachers
Helena Turner
Helena has been teaching since 2007. She has trained continuously and extensively for many years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her teaching.

Over the last few years she has branched out into teaching Yantra drawing and Sacred geometry, as well as delivering Sound Baths and Yoga courses.
Ashley Hutchinson
Ashley is a qualified Thai yoga massage therapist and a yoga teacher. She trained in Kaula Tantra yoga, specialising in rituals and practises to help individuals and couples.
