6 Week Online Meditation Course
with Chris Noon
Starts Thursday 4th November, 7.30 – 8.30am
£30 / £24
It is often said that everything we do in Yoga prepares for and leads to meditation. In this course we will see how this works.
We will use the tools of Hatha Yoga and apply them to create the optimum conditions, the space, for meditation. The idea is that everything we do in the sessions – the movement, posture work, breathing, mudra etc – is part of a single ‘flow’ of awareness that culminates in meditation practice.
The benefits of meditation practice for health and well being are proven. Meditation promotes a calm and clarity that enhances our lives; it helps us find peace within ourselves. In these difficult times meditation is more useful and relevant than ever.
Beginners can join this course but if you are new to Yoga and / or meditation please contact us before booking.

All the sessions from this course are recorded and you will receive a copy of the recording after each one.

Tutor : Chris Noon
Chris has been teaching Yoga and Meditation for 20 years. He qualified initially with the British Wheel of Yoga and then with the Bihar School of Yoga.
Online Meditation
The sessions will be held online via Zoom.
Zoom is very straight forward to use and the online platform is a particularly good medium for meditation practice; all you need is to be able to hear the verbal instructions – you won’t be peering at the screen during the classes!
Everyone attending is ‘muted’ during the classes and you don’t need to be seen on screen by anyone else.
