Calm & Centred
Practical Yoga for the Modern World
- with Helena Turner
- Saturday 24th October, 10 – 4pm
- Sheffield Yoga School, South Rd, Walkley
About the day
In today’s busy world, it’s easy to overlook our well-being. This day is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and reset your energy so you can move through daily life with steadiness and ease.
Morning Session

The morning offers short, effective practices you can weave into daily life, whether at work or at home. These simple routines release tension, sharpen focus, and ease overwhelm through mindful movements, breathing and affirmations.
The aim is to find practical relief that can fit into a busy schedule.
Afternoon Session
The afternoon offers longer, practices to integrate when time allows. Including restorative yoga poses, journalling prompts, meditation and finishing with an extended Yoga Nidra & sound bath to support renewed balance, resilience and calm.
