Monthly Women’s Circle
Women’s circles are a safe place to regularly gather, to be deeply listened to, to share and connect.
An opportunity for women to come together for some restorative, nourishing time together.

About the circles
The aim of these Women’s Circles is to create a space where women can come together and feel supported, uplifted and heard in a completely, confidential, non-judgemental setting.
Within this space there will be time to share, to meditate, to move and to journal; to be fully you.
This space is for you!
At each Circle there will be :
- Time to share – whatever is rising for you
- Guided meditation – no previous experience necessary
- Guided movement – encouraging you to take up space and gently move your body
- Time to journal – with optional guided prompts
- Option to pull an oracle card – useful for divine guidance and connecting to your intuition
- Time to socialise – with herbal teas and snacks (provided)
- Integration – with a meditation or relaxation practice.

Themes
September
We will reflect on the summer and consider what can we harvest for ourselves to take into the autumn and what can we let go of?
October
As nature begins its transformation; leaves changing colours and falling from the trees we reflect on what needs to shift or transition in our internal world.
November
The days are getting shorter and nature invites to slow down, how can we change our own energy to match the season?
December
At the solstice we celebrate the returning of the light, we will explore how we can keep our own light burning bright.
What to bring
