Yoga for Head, Heart & Hands
with Jayadhara (Jane Cluley)

Do you long to live a life of joy and stability?
This workshop will use physical and energetic practices to help balance every aspect of our human being-ness.
There will be Asana practice aimed at stretching and strengthening the physical body (Hands – anamayakosha) to reduce gross blockages.
Pranayama, mudras, relaxation and meditation to release more subtle energetic blockages (pranamaya and vigyanamaya koshas – Head),
And visualisation together with periods of silence to unlock the knots of the Heart (emotional body).
Please bring the following props with you if possible:
- Bolster (or blocks and cushions to use instead)
- Blanket (2” and 1” block)
- Eye pillow.
This will be a very uplifting and informative day of yoga with a tutor who has a wealth of knowledge, believes in sharing from her own experience and has a talent for expressing her teaching clearly and enjoyably.
The Teacher : Jayadhara (Jane Cluley)
Jayadhara began practising yoga at university, trained as a yoga teacher with British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) and has been teaching since 1988, she is a BWY Foundation and BWYQ Diploma Course tutor.
After living and studying at Bihar School of Yoga in India for several years she gained an MA in yoga philosophy. She has a particular interest in making ancient philosophy accessible to everyone, yoga for mental health, diet and practices for maintaining a healthy gut.
