Intermediate Yoga Classes

The beginner classes lay the foundations for Yoga practice.

Once these foundations are in place we are ready to go deeper into the many ‘tools for living’ which Yoga has to offer.

Intermediate Yoga Classes

The intermediate classes cover a wider range of posture work than the beginner classes. We also explore the more profound and powerful elements of Yoga practice, such as meditation and pranayama.

Weekly classes keep our practice fresh and keep us motivated so that we continue to get the most from Yoga and from life.
