How does it work?
Slowly! There is no rush with Yoga, it is the practice of a life time.
We teach Yoga in a systematic and progressive way; it is important to get the foundations right and from there you can develop your own practice.
We encourage people to attend a class once a week and then do a little bit of practice (10 minutes a day is plenty) at home.
Yoga is something you do for yourself and our job as teachers is to help you make it a part of your life.
We have some of the most highly trained and experienced Yoga teachers in Sheffield and you can be sure that you are receiving the highest quality of Yoga teaching in our classes.
All Sheffield Yoga School teachers have completed a British Wheel of Yoga 3 year Diploma Teacher Training Course. Chris and Hannah have also completed a rigorous Satyananda Yoga teacher training course.
All of our teachers have gone on to study specialist teacher training modules and they undertake further training every year.
