Mindful Tai Chi reflects an approach to teaching and learning based on the central importance of conscious awareness of movement. In this process real changes can be made that will beneficially support the best possible functional movement in a relaxed and calm state.
Dave is a highly respected and experienced Tai Chi instructor. He is an advanced instructor with the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain and has been teaching for over 20 years.
Mindful Tai Chi aims to make Tai Chi accessible to as wide a range of people as possible. Beginners are very welcome in this class.
