Pregnancy Yoga Classes

We apologise for any incovenience.
We are very careful with the teachers we ask for cover. The teachers we have to cover our classes are either trained in this system of Yoga or have been involved with it (and our classes) for many, many years. You are in good hands!
It can be a very useful experience to work with different teachers from time to time; we can get a different perspective on practices we have done for years. Sometimes even a single phrase or a different emphasis can change the way we view a particular posture or breathing technique, it can really help to freshen up our practice.
We hope you have a good break over Easter and that you enjoy your classes!
