- If you are unable to attend your regular class you are welcome to attend any other class (of the same level) that week.
- You can make up any missed classes by attending more than once in any week.

- These classes are provided by the Workers Education Association (WEA)
- They are free to people on benefits.
- There is a reduced fee for pensioners.
‘HEALTHY LIVING’ YOGA CLASS

Details:
- These classes are ‘drop in’ and are provided by the Wolfe Road Project.
- The Wolfe Road Project aims to make classes such as Yoga and Tai Chi, as well as complementary medicine, available to the people of Foxhill and Parson Cross.
- The classes are subsidised and provided at a reduced fee.
STRESS MANAGEMENT & RELAXATION
Day : Wednesdays
Time: 1:00pm – 2:30pm

Details:
- This class is provided by the Wolfe Road Project.
- The class involves gentle movements, breathing practices and relaxation designed to counter the negative effects of stress. It provides tools to cope with stress and anxiety.
- NB: This class runs for 10 week terms. Please contact us to confirm term dates.
