W.E.A. CLASSES

- These classes are provided by the Workers Education Association (WEA)
- They are free to people on benefits.
- There is a reduced fee for pensioners.
SUREHEALTH CLASSES
Day : Tuesday
Time : 12:30pm – 2:00pm
Venue : Wolfe Road Centre, Wolfe Road, Foxhill, Sheffield S6 1BT
Details:
- These classes are ‘drop in’ and are provided by SureHealth.
- SureHealth aims to make classes such as Yoga and Tai Chi, as well as complementary medicine, available to the people of Foxhill and Parson Cross.
- The classes are subsidised and provided at a reduced fee.
STRESS MANAGEMENT & RELAXATION

- This class is provided by SureHealth.
- The class involves gentle movements, breathing practices and relaxation designed to counter the negative effects of stress. It provides tools to cope with stress and anxiety.
